Benefits of Joining the ASPCA Founder’s Society

A former restaurant manager in the New Orleans area, Zachary Addison is currently participating in an apprenticeship with Boudreaux Builders, a designer and builder of custom homes. Outside of work, Zachary Addison supports charitable causes devoted to protecting animals, among them the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).

The first humane society established in the United States, the ASPCA strives to get pets out of shelters and into loving homes. The organization relies on the generosity of volunteers and donors to support its mission of saving the lives of animals in high-kill shelters. Founder’s Society members are those who have displayed an exceptional commitment to the cause, donating $500 or more to the medical care of abandoned cats and dogs.

Founder’s Society members enjoy a number of perks, such as invitations to special briefings with ASPCA members (who serve as personal contacts and can answer ASPCA questions) and subscription to the ASPCA Action Magazine. Members also receive an exclusive Founder’s Society newsletter with the most current information about the organization.
